United States United StatesI got this shirt for family pictures. I didn’t end up wearing it because it wasn’t as comfortable and fit the way I had hoped. The sleeves at the bottom where the elastic is hit at an odd spot on my arm so it was uncomfortable, shoulders were a little too wide and not as tight as needed for the size I need, and the smocking versus the peplum edge didn’t hit in the right spot. It was cute and I have worn it for other occasions but due to it hitting the wrong spots and not being as comfortable as I had hoped it’s not my go to shirt like some others I’ve gotten from this website. Needless to say NeeSees is still my favorite place to shop.
