United StatesGreat flow in this fabric. I love the fuzzy little dots too. I've washed by hand successfully too. However the cinching of the bodice is so itchy, I have to wear an undershirt. Once I discovered how snug the top was with this style cinching, I tried to exchange for a size up hoping a roomier top would prove more comfortable, unfortunately the dress was already out of stock. Not a fan of the store credit as my only option.
