United StatesI have been buying from neeses dresses for several years and I am a loyal customer. I chose them because they are an American business and the clothes are modest, which is hard to find in my local stores. I have been relatively happy and continue to shop and buy clothes from their website. I love the sales and flash sales! I enjoy the quality , however I think it is relatively cheaper made. Cotton clothes would be so much better, and their clothes are predominantly rayon and polyester and spandex , which is a cheaper material. The pictures are accurate and I always receive the item as pictured. However, I have a couple holdbacks from my experience. The first one is the returns, I don’t think the return policy is a good one for their business in the long run. This is not a local company that anyone can try on their clothes and see if they fit before one buys them. So the trial and error and the cost of sending things back is starting to outweigh my desire to buy more clothes from Neeses dresses. Many times I don’t like the material, size or fit and I can’t find that out until I try it on. I am beginning to realize it’s not worth ordering something and paying for the shipping fees to send back. I haven’t been fortunate enough to have more clothes fit me than not . Secondly , when I buy an item the shipping is not consistent. I recently ordered a dress and I’m not receiving it until nearly a week later. In the past I’ve received it in as little as a few days. I am thinking it depends on the amount of help or employees handling the order and the amount I pay. The inconsistencies is a con . Those are my notes over the past several years I’ve been buying from them. Supporting local businesses is important!
United StatesThis shirt is nothing like what it looks like online. It's a ribbed T-shirt material that hangs on a loose unflattering way. It's super frumpy looking. I'm sending it back.
