Returning and exchanging was costly. Talking to customer service was difficult and inconvenient. I found the shirt for $35 on a different website. I had to pay $50 here and then pay for shipping when I had the wrong size and needed an exchange etc… Love the shirt, but will be shopping elsewhere.
