United StatesThis dress is criminally priced. I'm glad I got it on sale, but even then it's way expensive for what it is. The material is pathetically thin, 100% see through. The buttons are VERY cheap and look it. I was nervous just buttoning up when trying it on. This is a hard pass for anyone. The only good quality is the color is PRETTY. But it's unwearable.
