I find that I'm right in between sizes - some Smalls are a little too small, and some Mediums are huge on me, so I have to be careful in the styles I choose, but the customer service I received when I returned some dresses was terrific - fast, friendly, and accommodating. I wish the sizes didn't sell out so fast, but I guess that's what happens when you have a good product.
United StatesI am bummed because I had this same problem with two dresses from the same order, but the dress (small) is just too loose. I am petite, 4'11" and 104lbs, and I could probably fit two of me in this. It looks like a mumu on me. I added photos of the dress loose and what it would look like fitted to give others an idea of just how loose this is on someone my size. However, the dress is really soft and very pretty and I think it would look great on someone who isn't quite as small as I am. I buy from here often and can usually tell if a dress is looser on a model, but I couldn't tell with this dress. I will be returning for store credit.
