I have messaged multiple times about my exchange order and no one has answered even when including my order number & package number I used to ship the dress back. I have not received the replacement dress & it’s been weeks. I was going to wear it for my graduation, but it is Tuesday and I doubt they are going to even sending the replacement. Will not be shopping here again.
