Returning things to this store is quite a hassle. As someone who does a lot of online shopping, I have a habit of buying more than I actually think I will keep and then returning lots. This process didn’t work with NeeSee’s as all returns are processed as store credit (which I didn’t want) and you have to pay to ship it back. I guess I take the responsibility for that inconvenience on myself so I still gave it 5 stars.
